Our work is based on original research we have translated into a set of tools that community members can use to empower themselves. How do we support you?

Guiding challenges

Through our transparent framework, we make it easy for everyone in the community to get involved.

We assist Champions in making wise strategic choices: which issues to tackle, how to decide what is a “good” idea, etc.

We provide written feedback that communicates your choices to your community.

Our team co-hosts one (in-person or online) ‘brainstorm session’ with members of your community.

Tools for engagement

Everyone in the community gains access to a unique online collaboration platform (in partnership with InnovationCast).

We provide templates for marketing and communication to encourage your community to get involved.

Monitoring contributions

We help to reach out to key stakeholder groups if they don’t contribute and monitor in real-time the contributions on the platform to ensure that interactions remain constructive.

Co-creation generates a lot of information. Our team will summarize and share key community contributions with Champions.
