A Champion can work individually or collaborate with people who share the same objectives. Impact Lab will assist you in forming a team, or you can bring together a group of like-minded individuals on your own. If you work in a team, divide up the activities below: everybody gives a little to gain a lot!

Defining the issue

Decide what issue(s) you want to tackle, and write a brief ‘challenge description’.

Engaging the community

Ask students and colleagues to join the challenge.
Impact Lab provides the content, you send the message!

Co-host an (optional) idea generation ‘brainstorm’ session: in-person or online.
We provide the materials and help you facilitate!

On a weekly basis, read ideas and comment on the platform.

Selecting ‘top’ ideas

Using Impact Lab tools, evaluate every idea.
